  I would never go back to this location unless it's for takeout. The wait time was ridiculous for seating and food. They obviously don't have a organized system running considering that this is an established business. We arrived at 5:59 check in. Our wait time to table was estimated for 50 minutes, which we waited exactly 50 minutes. Then when we sat down we already knew what to order for our starters and we placed them immediately along with a child's meal. We didn't receive water right away but we also noticed other tables that were seated before us didn't get their waters till after us. When we received our waters we placed our orders right away. Another 50 minutes passed by and we finally got our appetizers and child's meal. When we finished our appetizer our server came back to check on us and asked if we wanted to see a dessert menu. We told her no, but we had a feeling she forgot about our order. She comes back in a few minutes with our check, and we tell her that we didn't even get our food. She apologizes and says she will check on our food. She then offers us some bread. Thinking that the kitchen must be slammed, it would take another 30 minutes or she forgot to put in our order. Maybe another 10 minutes come and we finally get our food. The food comes out consistent like the other CPK locations. At the end of our meal, I asked for a refill on my child's drink while we pay for our bill. She comes back with our bill but without the drink. My husband sees it on the beverage counter, I go ahead to the station and wait for the server to come back. When she passed by, I asked if this was my child's drink and she totally forgot about it. At this point we are just so upset at this experience. We didn't leave the restaurant till 8:20pm.
