  We were staying at Ko Olina for a month and decided to check out the famous " Four Seasons" everything was great when we got their. We came with 3 kids, which I didn't know made a difference. We were seated by the hostess who was really sweet! Our server...took 20 min to get to us! We were starving and couldn't wait to eat, 20 min after being seated she brought us our menus and left, 10 min later she came back apologizing and telling us to take abit of time, and left again!!! We don't have water nothing on our table. The interesting thing was that we see her going to other tables who were seated after us and their food being served way before us because they were an older couple. Anyways she took our order and then messed it up, eventually the manager came with our food. We waited for check for another 20 min probably. The food wasn't that great and seeing the fact that other customers were treated better for some reason
